Prof Rachelle Buchbinder awarded the 2025 David de Kretser Medal!

We are delighted to share that Prof. Rachelle Buchbinder was awarded the 2025 David de Kretser Medal. This award is the highest honour from Monash University's Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.

The medal celebrates the exceptional contribution of a staff member to any area of the faculty's operation over a significant period of their working life. Rachelle gave a wonderful speech at the award ceremony on Tuesday, expressing her thanks to the people who have supported her, contributed to her work, and helped shape her fulfilling career. Most importantly, she thanked her family, who have journeyed alongside her.
